Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? -- Monday

I have gained a little weight the last few weeks 6 pounds because I am not eating or keeping my food down. SO I have committed to eat and keep what I eat down.

L: pinto beans, red chile and ground turkey 1/4 cup total
S: Protien Drink
D: Probably a greek yogurt, another protein drink or what I had a lunch.

B: Decaf coffee w/ 1/4 cup of Vanilla Premiere Protein shake, fresh pineapple and cottage cheese
L: String cheese, celery with peanut butter
D: garlic herb marinated chicken leg, sautéed zucchini and mushrooms. The husband and child are also having corn on the cob.
S: Quest protein bar, beef jerky

E: Yard work before storms
I'm so glad to see several folks had a really nice weekend. I did as well and the good mood from the weekend is carrying over into a really nice start to my week.
