It's a rainy Saturday. Luckily the rain held off this morning and I was able to get in my walk. It was darn humid but there was a nice breeze so it was actually fairly pleasant.
B: 8 oz carbmaster chocolate milk pre-work out and protein shake post workout
L: 2.5 oz pulled pork and 1 oz peas
D: Possibly Chile Lime Chicken burger. My parents are in town so things are a bit flexible this weekend
S: TBD but I'm thinking I will need to have some jerky or another protein shake to up my protein counts for today

E: 5 mile walk this weekend
