Today I reach a major milestone

I have reached my halfway mark! In a little over 3 months I have dropped half my weight! I never thought it would go this smoothly. I was worried about the possibility of loose skin so I do not over exercise in order to keep the weight loss slow but constant but even still I seem to just be shedding it like crazy! Anyone who has doubts about VSG, let me tell you it's a life saver. Get it. Pain is temporary, happiness with your new body, that's forever. 

Congratulations..I know the feeling of having your tickers show more weight lost than has to be lost.  Great feeling.. 

This is the fun part when the pounds are melting away.  Keep up the good work!!

That is wonderful! I loved the early months post VSG! It was all so new and exciting. Thanks for reminding me - it's been a long while since I was there!

Great job!  The loose skin is related to the amount of weight lost and genetics.  Some people don't have too much of problem and some have alot of extra skin.
