B: Decaf with 1/4 Premiere Vanilla Protein shake; Dannon Light and Fit Greek Vanilla with fresh raspberries/blackberries

L: Leftover ham and zucchini/mushroom sauté; baked cheese crisps

D: Shredded cilantro lime chicken with refried beans, cheese, and a dollop of sour cream

S: Quest bar to up protein to 80+

W: On track

V: Behind - forgot my Flinstones this AM!

E: Long walk while my girl scoots.

Today is kind of a crap shoot. Nasty sinus infection is messing with my head and taste buds:

 

B: ff Greek yogurt with sf jam and 1/8 c all bran buds

S: nope

L: Chicken salad from Costco

S: Smoked gouda cheese

D: leftover meat sauce with ff cottage cheese curds-delish!

E: 1 hr conditioning swim boot camp class-basically 60 minutes of swimming for my life without drowning

V: yep

W: Hopefully 3-4 litres, we'll see

This was a very very bad weekend for me.  The food at the Saturday night party was a little too tempting.  So back to a fresh start on Monday.

B:  Premier Protein chocolate shake with a shot of Miralax

L:  Costco cilantro lime shrimp with a couple bites of broccoli

S:  Dannon Light & Fit Passion Fruit Greek yogurt - to die for!

D:  Rotisserie chicken breast with green beans

W:  On track

V:  On schedule

E:  Missed my 30 minute walk at lunch, so 2-3 miles later tonight
