Whatcha eating today VSGers...Monday!!
Good morning everyone. I had a really early start to my day as I decided to give "boot camp" a try. It is ridiculously early which, since I am not a morning person, is a bit of a struggle. However, I think that with coming summer heat and my crazy work schedule that it might be a good fit. I just have to overcome my aversion to mornings.

VSG 10/24/14 with Dr. David Chengelis
I did like it. This program does a good job, in my opinion, with new clients. This week they will separate all the new folks out and we go at a slower pace and the trainers really concentrate on teaching us the correct form and any necessary modifications. That approach was very helpful and reduced the intimidation factor. Now, next week when we are going full speed.... I may die :)
