A leak would cause a septic infection and you would have a fever. You don't give us any information on how you feel, so it's hard to give you any guidance.

heart pounding , chills pain , call your surgeon now , leaks are almost always in the first 3 weeks but they need to be treated now not tomorrow or latter in the day
if you can't get your surgeon or pcp on the phone , there should be someone on call 24/7 , go to the ER now
at the least you will need antibiotics now , possable you will need to get a leak fixed now
