I love the line where you said you are "active, aware, present and happy" in your life   That's the absolute BEST.  Congrats to you for doing the hard work and for continuing to use the tool to keep yourself in check.

So glad to see your post.  Yes, life does get in the way.  Being present is not always easy.  I am also coming up on my 2 year mark and have gained 4 lbs.  It is annoying, though not devastating.  The carbs are certainly the slippery slope since they go down so easily.  

You look and sound great!

Congratulations on your 2 year! I am sorry this past year has been so difficult.

It is amazing how fast the time goes. Today is my 4 year surgiversary!
About 3 years from having my tummy tuck and breast lift. I am just as grateful for those surgeries. They make such an amazing difference!
