Surgery on 4/29/15 has been smooth sailing I feel little bouts of bubble guts but I've been walking that seems to help. Past couple of days I have just been feeling uggh not physically but everything makes me feel really sad I want to be alone alot and I have to make myself eat. I'm lucky if I'm doing 500cals a day. Scared to mention this to the doc. Anyone else go through this? Fam/friends seem to think I'm being bratty overdramatic. Any ideas that don't make me seem crazy?

Totally normal - and why many of us see a therapist.  I know that mine is a very important part of my obesity recovery team.  There's a ton of head stuff to sort out during this whole process.  Talking to a professional can help significantly.

totally normal. Hormones are stored in fat and when we burn off fat quickly after Wls,the released hormones go into our blood stream and can make us sad, or mean, sometimes.

Pit will pass. Don't be afraid to mention it to your surgeon if you need to. It won't be the first time he has heard it.
