Hello everyone. I hope the day is treating you well so far. I slept much better last night and it's amazing how my mood has improved today. 

B: Carbmaster chocolate milk pre-workout, protein shake post workout

B2: Egg beater omelette w/ 1 tbsp protein powder and 1/4 c jalapeno cheese

L: 2 oz shredded chicken salsa verde and 1 oz peas

D: 2 oz Korean inspired pork shoulder and 1 oz diced peaches

S: TBD

W&V: On track with water & about to start vitamins

E: 1 hour interval training this morning and 3 hour walk. Have fitness class tonight

I slept better too, thank goodness.  And this morning I dragged my butt out of bed at 4:40 to go swimming!  I'm pretty excited.  I was on the swim team when I was a kid, but I was in a car accident and screwed up my shoulder so after my senior year I had surgery on my shoulder and haven't really swam much since.  That was almost 20 years ago.  This morning I swam for a half hour, 1000 meters.  I'm really feeling it now, but I can tell it was a much more comprehensive workout than riding my exercise bike.

B: yogurt and granola

L: something from a new Mexican place in town... hopefully some carnitas.

D: I forgot to take something out. :(  Probably something made out of hamburger.

Congratulations on swimming! I hope, even though your body is letting you know that you worked muscles that haven't been worked in a while, that it felt really good to get back to something you enjoyed so much when you were younger.

I slept worse....I don't understand.

D: tuna salad, cheddar 3 triscuits.

S: sugar free Jello, sugar free ice pop if needed.

Yay for good moods!! :) I have a hair appointment tonight! I thought about chopping it off, but I will wait for my next apt will be the day before my 40th! I like shock & awe of a good hair trim! lol!

I really, really want to chop my hair off to chin length. But, with all the exercise I am doing these days, I think I really don't want to lose the ability to pull back my hair into a pony tail.

Yep! That is the only thing that stinks about chopping your hair off....no pony tail! I will look a mess when I workout with short hair! Scary lady alert! Lol
