Congrats on starting up swimming again! I hope that you have an enjoyable time and can make it a consistent part of your new life. It is always nice to find an exercise that we actually enjoy. That has been the biggest challenge for me

hump dayyyyyy!! And date night!

B; babybel cheese, and PP shake

L lentil veggie soup with protein powder

D; date night at a wing joint, so chicken wings sauce on the side and a beer, shh

S yogurt, string cheese if needed - trying not to so I save calories and carbs and protein for dinner

Vits and water on track

Ex after work before dinner, I WILL make it happen!

B- Boiled Egg and small piece of turkey sausage

S- 4 oz Cantaloupe

L - Boiled egg, half an apple and maybe some turkey burger

S - Greek yogurt

D - Rotisserie chicken, avocado and tomato salad

Thanks but we had to cancel it. He has his own Non Profit for boys in baseball and he umpires games and he injured himself the other day on a wet field, so he had a game last night and could hardly walk as it was so I told him not to worry about it. But I will fill in when we do go out again ;) so far so good with this amazing man!

I had to do a fasting blood sample this morning, and it took forever... computer problems at the lab. sigh

So no breakfast

Lunch - enchilada casserole - yum

Lunch2 - salmon

Dinner - buffalo chicken with wheat thins - I'm addicted!

vitamins - on track

water -ok

exercise - can't wait to start up at the gym again next week

B: 3/4 baked chicken drumstick

B2: 1 chicken drumstick (lotsa chicken leftovers from last night :P)

L: protein shake (eas carb advantedge)

S: protein shake (eas carb advantedge)

S: 7 whole wheat garlic crackers + whipped low fat cottage cheese

D: 2 small beef meatballs... probably 1oz total

S: 1/3 cucumber + whipped low fat cottage cheese

W/V: on track

E: crossfit

 

I eat often but not a lot at a time. I think I'm doing pretty well!
