Intestinal Pain

I am 3 weeks post surgery and have noticed that I have intestinal pain at times. My surgeon said that the pain is being caused by spasms. I'm assuming the spasms are being caused by the change in diet from liquids to soft foods. O was just wondering if anyone else has had this as well. I had my gallbladder removed years ago so I know it isn't that plus the pain is in my lower abdominal area and is usually relieved by a bowel movement (I know too much information).

everything was pocked around and moved during surgery there is bruising  in there that takes time to heal if your surgeon is not concerned it is probably nothing to worry about but if it gets worse or you get a fever call your surgeon immediately  day or night 24/7
