Greeting!  After a lengthy stall, my goal weight seems to be in site.  I am struggling a little bit with what maintenance will look like.  I am sure it is different for everyone, but what are your best tips, diet plans, strategies, etc?  Thanks in advance for your help!

If you get to goal weight fast.... There is a gradual ramp up in calories very slowly.

If you are one that gets to goal very slow..... You don't do much.... Just keep doing what your doing because in reality your only about 100-200 cals off your balance point.

Read today's post from grayC for excellent info about maintaining after reaching goal. I think her post is a realistic yet positive picture of life after reaching goal. I hope I'll be able to do as well when I reach my goal weight. Good luck!
