Whatcha eating today VSGers...Thursday!!

I'm ready for the weekend, too.  I don't know why,but its been a long week for me, as well. 

Breakfast - salmon

Lunch - crustless mushroom quiche - yum

Lunch2 - beef burgundy or ginger beef with spinach and mushrooms - both left-overs that need to be finished.

Dinner - enchilada casserole

water - ok

vitamins - on track

exercise - my surgeon said I could start my recumbent bike again - yay!  I miss it.

2 more weeks and I can go back to the gym.  My surgeon said that I'm healing very well -that at two weeks post op, I am where most people are at 4 weeks post op.  Not bad for a 67 year old!  I feel like a teen again.

That's great that your healing is going so well and get to start back on the bike. Isn't it amazing that we can actually get to a point where we miss not being able to exercise? Talk about a lifestyle change :)

Carol - I have to tell you that you inspired me to get a recumbent bike -- thank you, thank you, thank you.  I go on it 2-3x a day, and I've upped the tension.  It's helping me a lot.
