Breakfast- salmon

Lunch1 - crustless mushroom quiche

lunch2 - enchilada casserole

Dinner - hamburger with cheddar cheese

snack - a few handfuls of cashews - I've been so hungry this week and I'm a little worried about the snacking... I don't know I the hunger relates to my plastic surgery and perhaps my body needs the nutrients to heal.  I just don't want to start regaining weight.

vitamins - good

water - good

exercise - still just walking...
