Need some help guys!
Your slow loss is not because you are building muscle. It is impossible to build muscle on a calorie deficit. Even if you trained like an olympic athlete, you might add a half pound of muscle a month.
Your slow loss is entirely about what you are eating. I'm glad you are ok with that, because if you have started eating fruit, ice cream, candy, toast, etc at 4 months, you are already a good way down the rabbit hole, and you won't be losing much longer.
You can't exercise your way out of obesity. Since you hate every minute of exercise, you won't be able to maintain it long term either. Please reexamine your food choices.

You are correct, the slower weight loss is due to my food choices. I am only losing 1.5 - 2 lbs a week now. You may also be correct that I will not be successful long term as only time can tell. My point was, I know why I have slowed down, it is my food choices. I can not live on laxatives so my doctor advised adding fruit and whole grans to my diet. I also take flax seed oil and a stool softener. My other point was in order to have anything off menu I stick to a limit such as 2 cups of popcorn which is 150 calories and I have to do extra exercise. The extra exercise keeps me out of the kitchen and distracts me so that when I get back from my walk or jog or the gym, I may not want the snack. I am not saying to follow what I do, I am not a model for the surgery. I am just another person struggling with weight loss, dealing with hormones, old habits etc and trying to do better. I followed everything with no fruit and no bread for 3 months pre op and 3 months post op and know that my weight loss would be faster if I go back to that.

Its absoluty my food choices...since I cant eat as much my food choices arent as healthy as before the surgery. Thank god Ive kept up with working out becuase i seem to only make the right food choices when I'm working out and balanced. So Illl take what ever the sourgon says and try my best to apply it. Granted I lost before surgery and after this process just seems to always be a strugle. I see other people who just jump on board a 100 and are ok. Oh ye and still the night time eating is stil an issue anyone has experience with getting over night time eating thanks guys!
The best way to avoid nighttime eating is to get locked away somewhere.

One thing I tried to battle nighttime eating was to eat protein later in the day & concentrate on liquids earlier in the day.
Sometimes I brush my teeth at night so I'd have that nice clean mint taste in my mouth when I went to sleep.
Othertimes I'd keep beef jerky or some other protein near my bed so if I must munch it'd be that, or I keep a bottle of crystal light flavored drink near my bed. I put it in a thermos so it'd stay cold thru out the night. So whenever I'd think I'd want something to eat I drink instead.
I also save my calcium chews for late at night, I know I need at least 2, so I pop a caramel flavored one right b4 I go to sleep, & either during the night or in the morning I eat the 2nd one.

So you know what the issue is - you're making poor food choices.
