Can't Get the Protein Math

I think everyone is overwhelmed and confused in the beginning.  You are making a lot of changes -- but you'll figure it out.

I'm not familiar with all the different "milks" they have now......can you drink Almond Breeze?  It's much lower in calories and carbs.  You can also mix shakes with water.  And I no longer blend my shakes - I just use a shaker bottle because blending them makes them super thick.

I have to keep my numbers at:  At least 65 grams of protein, Under 800 calories and Under 40 carbs, and at least 64 oz. of water/liquid.  I use myfitnesspal to track my food.  Some day it can be a challenge - but you'll get in the groove.

In the beginning work on getting all your fluids in, then protein.  Everything will fall into place!

Best of luck on Wednesday!

whey isolate is virtualy lactose free and most people that are lactose intolerant and use it

if it is a food allergen  you need to be careful because many of these  veggie or egg proteins are packed on the same machines that the whey is pack on and may have some in it

stevia may work for you and some shakes are made with it but read the label to be shore

The shakes may be big, but liquid, and liquid does not stay in your stomach long. Drinking may be pretty slow at first, due to the swelling, but pretty soon you'll be able to drink pretty normally. You won't win any chug-a-lug contests, but you will be able to drink pretty quickly.
