Woke up with a bad cold, courtesy of My Grandson the Germ Factory, Inc. I slept in late, so here's what my day is shaping up to be. It's a good example of what NOT to do; that's why I'm listing it.

S: 2 oz. Parmesan cheese, more ratatouille

Weening myself OFF of sugar from all sweets I'm addicted to like donuts, cookies, candies, sodas, etc,.

L: 2 tablespoons of ranch with 1/2 cup of "salad" made of diced ham, shredded cheese, & 3 cucumber slices
S: 1 grilled cheese sandwich
D: tuna, salmon, & shrimp nigiri with eel sauce

Exercise = still sore from yesterday
