L:  Buffalo Chicken with garlic mashed cauliflower

S:  Dannon Light & Fit Boston Cream Pie Greek yogurt

D:  Chicken meatballs with zucchini noodles

S:  Strawberries

W:  On track

V:  On schedule

E:  1.25 mile walk at lunch, 2 mile walk later this evening

Today my BMI is FINALLY below 35, so I wouldn't qualify for surgery at this point

Breakfast - salmon

Lunch - hamburger with cheddar cheese

Snack - humus and wheat thins

dinner - buffalo chicken with wheat thins -- if I start gaining weight it will be all these wheat thins! 

water - good

vitamins - good

exercise - still walking

Woke up with a bad cold, courtesy of My Grandson the Germ Factory, Inc. I slept in late, so here's what my day is shaping up to be. It's a good example of what NOT to do; that's why I'm listing it.

B: None

L: None

D: Ratatouille (frozen from last week) over beans

S: 2 oz. Parmesan cheese, more ratatouille

V: Took 'em

W: On track

E: HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

Weening myself OFF of sugar from all sweets I'm addicted to like donuts, cookies, candies, sodas, etc,.

 

B: 1 dry eggo waffle

L: 2 tablespoons of ranch with 1/2 cup of "salad" made of diced ham, shredded cheese, & 3 cucumber slices

S: 1 grilled cheese sandwich

D:  tuna, salmon, & shrimp nigiri with eel sauce

LNS: toast with peanut butter

 

Water = YES

Vitamins = Yes

Exercise = still sore from yesterday
