Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? -- Monday
Happy Monday! I need to figure out what the plan is for dinner, so I figure I might as well get this post going.
1: frankenshake
2: seared ahi tuna, 1/2 avocado
3: beef chuck tender roast (the site this is from is sickening, so I can't bring myself to link to it), slow cooker barley and pine nut casserole
liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 30 minutes yoga (15 min morning stretches for back pain, 15 min twist & align for back pain) - I think my back has finally recovered from last week's Pound class...

I woke up in an exceptionally good mood today. Love it when that happens and it is a fantastic way to start the week.

E: Going to a fitness class tonight and will do a short 30 minute walk over lunch
Gwen, how do you keep your other 1/2 avocado from training brown. I tried lime juice but this morning it is still brown. Any tips?

What I've found is that creating a barrier to prevent air from getting to it is the best. So.. I put the half avocado in a tupperware of water, cut side down, and pop it in the fridge. The next day it'll have a few teeny brown spots, but nothing that changes the taste at all.
