Are you seeing a therapist?  I see mine every week and she's a really important part of my Obesity Recovery Team.  I've got so many mental challenges that have cropped up throughout this entire process - I'm pretty good with the physical side of things, but the mental side of things has needed a lot of extra and unexpected work.  

Hang in there - revisit your prescribing doctor if you haven't, your meds might also need adjusting!

There are therapists who specialize in eating disorders. One who does would be much more useful to you, most likely, than just a general therapist.
