After ruling out eggs and dairy, it's where the protein is at, eh? :)

If you are talking about Kodiak Cakes, they are awesome.  Like others said, though, they can be a slippery slope.  I bought a box about a year ago and still have most of it.  I store it in the freezer.

I tried Eggface's ricotta pancake recipe before surgery and thought those were tasty. I haven't tried them yet post-op since I'm still on soft foods for a few more days, but when prepared according to her recipe they are pretty low carb and high protein, and you can adjust the recipe to make them sweet or savory depending on your mood. I look forward to making them and using them for quick weekday breakfasts since they reheat nicely and aren't bad cold.

Im still post op but I never eat breakfast for breakfast lol I guess I'm not breakfast person.... maybe you are.just missing pancakes having them as a treat every few months would be ok for.some.but for.Me it would.be a trigger if had a.box.I'd.eat.a box so I would.avoid them...you best of all know your limits so judge for yourself if you can handle.them then eat them lol if they are too tempting in the fridge to pass up then ditchem lol I have no.Will power
