Getting Frustrated
Ok so I had my surgery on 4/16/15 and I've only lost 8 pounds. I weighed Wednesday and had lost 8 pounds and I weighed today and I haven't lost anymore. I'm just getting a little frustrated with it. Is this normal?
Your weight loss is totally normal. The frustration, sadly, is normal too. I think a lot of us start this with completely unrealistic expectations about how fast we'll lose. Stick to your plan and you'll reach your goal weight - you didn't put the weight on in a day and it won't come off in a day either.

Thank you Gwen. I am a week post surgery so I am going to start walking this week so maybe that will help start losing more.
