Hi,

My commitment for lunch yesterday turned out to be too much food so I suffered for the rest of the day. Today I know better

B: Cottage Cheese (4oz) Pollyo string cheese

L: Chicken Salad (4oz) canteloupe 2oz

D; Meatloaf 4oz spinach 2oz

S: Dannnon Light and Fit Yogurt (1 cup)

So it looks like 6 ozs at a meal is about all I can do, which is exactly what they tell me and 8oz (which is what I ate at lunch) is too much.

V: on track

W: on track

E on track.
