I just ate 1.5 cookies. :(  They were here in the classroom and I couldn't resist.  Then I started not feeling good so I had to eat my lunch 1.5 hours early.  That makes for a not great day.

Thanks. I think its because I cut my carbs down, which has also helped me with cravings.

Been a while since I have posted - I creep in the backgrounds but sometimes don't post. I need to get back at it soooo here I ammmm!

B: 1/2 deviled egg - 2 hrs later Danon Lite & Fit greek cherry yogurt

S the other 1/2 of deviled egg

L: 1/3C home made split pea soup with some cut up kilbasea and 1/3 scoop unflavored protein powder, tiny bit of salad with cheese and chik peas and beets.

D 1/2 cup split pea soup with cut up kilbasea and 1/2 scoop of unflavored protein powder

Snack either more greek yogurt or 2 mini slim jims

V: half done

W on track like crazy!

E after job2 I will get in my workout.

Breakfast - crustless cheeseburger Quiche

lunch - buffalo chicken with wheat thins - This is my favorite now.  Its a bit high in calories but it is sooo good.

snack - sugar free pudding with blueberries

Dinner -  crock pot beef burgundy - new recipe - yum

vitamins - on track

water - could do a little more

exercise - still just walking until my tummy tuck heals
