Just got a call from Drs. office. I had started my 9 day fast early in case of cancellations. By Friday They had not heard of any so I went a head and ate Friday and Sat. They asked me if Iwas still interested. I explained to them I wish I could but I ate. They said they believed it should be ok. So now I am scrambling to make arrangements and my husband to arrange at work. whooo hooooo!!!!!!!!!!! Not being able to pick up my son is gonna suck as well as relying on my husband to help but WOW! I am so in shock!

whooo hooo for sure...good luck.   just breathe and it will be over (or should I say just beginning) in no time.. the first few weeks are the toughest (so far for me) but perseverence sure pays off.  Look at my ticker.. I will be 6 weeks out on this Wednesday and wouldn't do anything differently.  LOVE LOVE LOVE my sleeve.... Best wishes to you and welcome aboard...  Pam

Wow, tomorrow is your surgery??!! Good luck with the surgery (the easy part, really) and your recovery (which may have its "moments"). As soon as you're able, let us know how everything went.

Here's to you and your new healthy life!!!
