Next-
It is a gorgeous day here! I'm hoping that I'll take a walk later this evening once it cools down a bit.
We get our cow, pig, and lamb from a local farm and I've been lazy and just using ground beef in the last few weeks since it's easy. The result is that I now have a ton of roasts I need to us and zero ground beef :P Oops. This is annoying since I can't make more than 1, maybe 2, roasts a week or else leftovers will go to waste!
1: frankenshake, cheese
1.1: 2 reeses eggs
2: seared ahi, avocado
3: perfect rump roast, pea salad
liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 15 minutes yoga (twist & align for back pain)
