Today I stopped by our local Dollar General store for a few cleaning supplies. The lady that always gives me a hug was walking out the door talking on her phone. She smiled and stopped talking and said, "Well hi there SKINNY. Wow you have lost so much weight!" I just saw her about 4 days ago but she was checking out the shelves. This time she actually stopped and looked at me. (She works there) That made me feel soooo good. Yes I have lost about 55lbs but I don't see that much. Guess we don't see outselves as others do. We just see what we have seen for years.
