I'm not losing any inches! 11 days post op.
Scales are accurate, measuring tapes are not. You can "lose" an inch or two by pulling the tape just a little tighter, or gain inches by holding it looser.
11 days is just the blink of an eye. Relax. You have a lot of YEARS of living ahead of you.

Be patient, you just had major surgery! The body needs time to heal, don't worry or sweat the scale so much. Once your body gets its groove back you'll be losing in no time. Concentrate on healing & your drs plan for you, the weight will come off.

Inches don't drop overnight. You have to be realistic. For me, it would take a 40 pound loss before I noticed any physical changes. Believe me, be patient, once it starts, it will show more and more.
Congratulations on your surgery and your loss to date. Just stick to your plan, and you'll be swimming in your clothes shortly.
