I woke up today feeling very blah. I'm fairly certain it's because I worked most of the weekend since things didn't go as smoothly as some folks anticipated. 

B: Protein Shake

L: Mini Enchilada Cups & peach slices

S1: Beef Jerky and Cheese Sticks

D: 1/2 TJ's Chile Lime Chicken Burger and peach slices

S2: Protein Shake

W&V: on track

E: Fitness class tonight

I didn't drink enough water over the weekend and I ate too much.  I'm going to be really good the rest of the week.

B: yogurt and granola

L: brisket and one pork baby back rib

D: probably more leftover brisket and ribs

L:  salad with small scoop tuna salad, sliced strawberries, sliced almonds and lite raspberry vinaigrette dressing

D:  IDK, hopefully some chicken and veg

stuck in a plateau and even gaining back a little. The bad habits are creeping back. Got to do something....

B: Kashi Go lead crisp, 1% milk (Think I will drop back to a protein shake for this meal)

L: Tuna Salad (3oz) shreded cheddar (1oz) 3 baby carrots, 1 strawberry.

S: Dannan Light and fit greek yogurt

D: Roast beef, some veg.

I finally got to see my therapist today after about 3 weeks.  I cried.  It was good.  I'm actually not feeling the overwhelming sense of disassociation I had been feeling - either because I'm too busy or because I'm  "fixed."  Either way, I'll take it.  And, after all the pooping I did yesterday, my weight is back down to 183, yay!  

March was pretty much a wash for my weight loss but, in good news, I've been getting lots of compliments from people on my body these last few days.  It's reaffirming.  

1: eggs, cheese

3: skillet chicken with bacon and white wine sauceBrussels sprouts and mushroom gratin

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 60 minutes yoga (15 min twist & align for back pain, 15 min morning stretches for back pain, 30 min beginner combination)

I haven't really been planning lately.  I have fallen into such a routine -- I don't know if this is a good or bad thing.

L: Miso soup, 3 oz. salmon teriyaki, 1 piece tuna shushi roll

D: 3 oz. corned beef, small wedge cabbage, 1 fried mozarella stick

W: 6 cups and counting

V: done

E: walked 20 minutes

Lotsa rain in DFW area today ...need it .  

B- 2 oz turkey pastrami, laughing cheese wedge. Slice of cantaloupe 

L- 3 oz 93/7 hamb party with lettuce bun, 9 baked potato chips 

D - 4 oz tri tip steak, fresh Green beans, 2 oz instant potatoes

w- struggle 

v- good

e- limited after eye surgery, but  be released this Thursday.
