I woke up today feeling very blah. I'm fairly certain it's because I worked most of the weekend since things didn't go as smoothly as some folks anticipated.

stuck in a plateau and even gaining back a little. The bad habits are creeping back. Got to do something....
B: Kashi Go lead crisp, 1% milk (Think I will drop back to a protein shake for this meal)
L: Tuna Salad (3oz) shreded cheddar (1oz) 3 baby carrots, 1 strawberry.

I finally got to see my therapist today after about 3 weeks. I cried. It was good. I'm actually not feeling the overwhelming sense of disassociation I had been feeling - either because I'm too busy or because I'm "fixed." Either way, I'll take it. And, after all the pooping I did yesterday, my weight is back down to 183, yay!
March was pretty much a wash for my weight loss but, in good news, I've been getting lots of compliments from people on my body these last few days. It's reaffirming.

3: skillet chicken with bacon and white wine sauce, Brussels sprouts and mushroom gratin
liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 60 minutes yoga (15 min twist & align for back pain, 15 min morning stretches for back pain, 30 min beginner combination)
