Fruit smoothies
Strawberries and blueberries were the only fruit I ate until well into maintenance.
I used frozen strawberries in protein shakes and protein ice cream.
I used blueberries to make blueberry muffin in a minute.
They are the only fruits I would recommend eating while losing.
