Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? -- Sunday
I treated myself to a two hour massage today since I missed March's massage due to being in PA helping my parents. I can't remember the last time my entire body didn't hurt. Blissful.
1: frankenshake
2: eggs, potatoes, cheese scramble
3: sesame chicken thighs, stir fried veg
liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 15 minutes yoga (twist & align for back pain)

late night snack - (since I can't eat after midnight and my surgery isn't until noon) - buffalo chicken and wheat thins

Hi everyone! I had a 2 hour massage yesterday as well and, Gwen, you are right. It IS blissful. I'm having to scramble a bit on my meals today. I planned to cook for lunch today and have the same thing for lunch and dinner. Unfortunately, I forgot to take what I needed out of the freezer to defrost. Sigh.
