Wow!  You look great!  You could be the poster child for WLS!  What a difference.  I am so happy for you.

I found the shift to maintenance a bit tricky, and I had to try a few different approaches before I found a maintenance plan that worked for me.  I think the important thing is that it isn't "being done"  its just a new plan with a few more calories and a little more flexibility.

Congratulations on a job well done.

I have tears in my eyes.  Well done!

I just had my surgery this week. I am visualizing success during my moments of pain, and to keep me focused OAS I start the hard work.  The concepts of Hiking, swimming, enjoying life... And cute clothes... It's all been a pipe dream but now if have the tool and the power to make it a reality.  Looking at you and reading your post is helping me really crystallize my own goals and for an even more solid picture of April 2016 and beyond.

good luck to you as you battle those final 15 pounds and enter maintenance.  You can do it.

And thank you for your inspirational post!

What a fantastic job! You are absolutely doing the right thing by enlisting the help of a therapist to guide you through maintenance. When the spotlight is no longer on you and the impressive weight loss ceases, how do you find the motivation to push through?

I'm halfway there my self. Best decision I have ever made. I have found the joy of running that I had in my 20's.

Good luck on your journey😃
