The cookies.. That's all I'm going to say!!! I can't believe how easy this bad food stays down.. And then I had some pork loin, sweet potatoes and green beans at my moms.. And threw up. The cookies.. They stayed..

yeah - dense healthy food fills us up.  sugary carbs melt in our stomach so easily.  boo on that!

Yeah, never thought I was a really cookie-crazy person pre-op.  But post-op is another situation altogether.  I am the original Cookie Monster!

Yep I luv cookies too, especially if they're chocolate covered ones, still haven't mastered the just eat a couple & put the bag away. 

Well consider this holiday a practice run, hopefully the next time you'll do better. Learn from it & put it behind you.
