From 4X to Small/Medium
Here is me and Jimbo (Jimbo had VSG a month or so before me and lost 350lbs.)
My arms are spreading out a 4X shirt that I wore to the hospital to get VSG by Dr. Cirangle.
I have a duffel bag labeled "Fat Boy" that has a set of my big boy clothes.... 54" waist pants and 4X shirts. I bring it out when I'm asked to give talks on Obesity/WLS .....it always gets the reaction !

great photo. do I see lots of black leather? hubby and I are still taking bags of stuff to the thrift store. I am not much of a clothes horse but my friend who had vsg last summer and is about to goal has gone wild and has great taste and finds the coolest stuff. she just got back from spain with loads of things. its so fun to watch her run around like a teenager and look like a million bucks! Diane
