Nothing tastes as good as FIT feels!

I'm only a newby really, but I can't agree more. And I'm just an average Jane 41yr old mum.

Just in jan I wouldn't have contemplated the 5mile hike we did yesterday. 

Turns out it was 3 miles of great, and 2 miles of stubborn determination to not-be-the-person-the-Rangers-had-to-rescue-this-weekend uphill all the way back to the campsite. And despite realizing last night that when 60pds lighter, my old fav sleeping bag is NOT freeze rated no more, and an achy as all hell knee because of sleeping in a tent at 36f, it was freaking AWESOME to be able to do that again.

Totally beats out skinny!
