So the cool thing about being here is that my parents belong to this insane gym and they bought me a month guest pass. I swear there are 4 classes to choose from every hour of the day. As well as 4 pools and a slew of all the regular equipment you'd expect a huge gym to have. I swear, if I lived here I'd be taking classes at least 4 hours a day. (Which is what I'd need to do to make the price tag worth it. Thankfully my pass was only $30 for 30 days and I already feel like I've gotten their money's worth.) Just in the last week I've gotten to try THREE new classes as well as a pilates mat class! And tonight I'm trying another new class! This is, seriously, the highlight of my life right now, so give me a break ;)
Anyway...
1: frankenshake
2: quiche, yogurt (my stomach is all f'd up, so I figure the cultures would do it some good)
3: maybe more quiche - my parents will eat at the gym cafe (wtf) but I might just wait to eat until I get back to the house
liquids and vites: on track
exercise: 60 min bodyflow class (tai chi, yoga, and pilates all smooshed together with music), 60 min Nia dance fitness class (whatever the heck that is)
