I feel like I am getting so close to overweight BMI!! 31.1 atm need to be at 29.9
B - 2 slices turkey bacon and 2 lil breakfast sausages
S1 - Babybel light cheese and Teriyaki jerky
L - Sweet and Spicy Tuna Creations and Jalapeno Cheddar Bugles
S2 - 2% cheddar/mozzarella string cheese
D - Turkey Meatloaf and salad with romano basil vinaigrette dressing
S3 - 4 sugar-free wafers (mm treat time.)
Liquids: On track
Vites: On track
Just got back from the doctors visit and the NUT put me on puree.
Break: protein shake with lactaid
Lunch : oikos triple zero yogurt
Early dinner/snack: puree meatball with some tomato sauce. (eating this as I type a tiny pit at a time.)
Vita: Check
W:On track
Walked for 30 min around town.

E = 15 minute easy walk (to Comcast Cable On Demand tape)
(I haven't been exercising. I need to get moving again.)
