Slept super late & skipped breakfast and first snack :/

L: leftover chicken w/ zucchini noodles & peanut sauce

S: salami & cheese

D: maybe chicken salad

S: protein shake or bar

+ maybe an extra protein shake since I'll be low due to skipping breakfast

Water: getting it in

V: tonight 

E: walking throughout day between bouts of work

Zucchini noodles with peanut sauce sounds yummy. I just got the Vegetti to make noodles like that. Is the Peanut Sauce your own recipe or do buy it somewhere? :-)

I bought it at the grocery store (Asian food section) but I think I might make my own next time & see if i can do a lower carb version.
