Reached Goal!!!!
I just recently added this bread to my diet. It's Ezekial flourless bread - you find it in the freezer section of the health food department. I have one slice about every other day. It doesn't raise my glucose levels like other breads do (even whole grain flour sets me off).
I started off with 1200 calories and have increased that to 1400-1500 due to my exercise level. Seems to be working.
