You can do this -- I read your other post too and it is great that you can see where you've gone wrong and how portions/calories can sneak up on you. Don't get discouraged!! You can do this.

Have you considered water exercise?

I have had injections, braces, and physical therapy..next step is surgery..when it pops out of place I am on a walking cane. f o r 1-2 weeks..cant hardly walk on it...very painful
Was hoping that weight loss would help it..and it has a little but still has pain...
Surgery is nextstep...just wanted to loose as much weight as I could before I had knee surgery.....I just keep walking and praying...
