Happy Sunday everyone. Today is my day to do chores around the house. I always like the results of all of the cleaning even if I don't necessarily enjoy the cleaning itself ;)

B: Protein Shake

B2: 2 Pizza Egg Bites

L: 2 oz TJ's Korean Pork and .5 oz of peas

D: Cheeseburger soup and .5 oz of peas

S: Protein Shake

W&V: On track

E: Rest Day

Since I struggle with meeting my protein goals it helps me to plan out my meals the night before. I make substitutions at times when something else sounds really appealing but at least then I have a framework that I have work within each day.

I really like chai tea. Which brand is your favorite?

It's not my most favorite as its not as spicy as I like but the Oregan sugar free chai mix with almond milk has been my go to for now. I've really got to put more effort in to finding a nice spicy but sweet bag chai I can use.

I wish I was as good at planning out my meals - usually one is planned as its a family meal :)

Breakfast - salmon

Lunch - buffalo chicken casserole

Dinner - pulled pork and sweet potato casserole

snack - chicken and broccoli casserole

vitamins - good

water -not great

exercise - recumbent bike if my knee will take it.  I fell on the ice last night and hurt my knee.

Cappy...can you share your casserole recipes?...im still in the wl phase are these low carb?...or better for the maintenance phase?...i love making stuff that i can eat for a few days...

It has been a VERY busy week/weekend! My Mom turned 65 Friday and she has had a very special weekend! I plan on spending the rest of my Sunday relaxing and watching basketball!

B: Cheesy Buttery Puff - minus the cracker crust

D: Chicken Wings & Celery (I love spicy, but hate not being able to drink afterwards)

S: Probably strawberries & cool whip or a sugar free Popsicle

I've been doing statistics homework all day. Someone shoot me. 

B: coffee grape with chocolate protein

L: 1.5 egg omelette with red onion,  ham, cheese,  salsa,  tsp of guacamole

S: I was bad and had a homemade rice krispy treat :-/

D: salad with steak,  cheese,  and champagne vinaigrette

S: pork rinds or yogurt

W: 24oz of crystal light,  16oz water,  12oz diet soda, coffee in my breakfast frappe 

V: few more to go

E: helped my sister get a big mattress and box spring from someone,  tied it to the top of her truck,  got them into her house.

l - cheesecake factory - 1 piece of cheesey bread, then the light Asian lettuce wraps (minus the noodles)
