Whatcha eating today VSGers...Thursday!!
I'm still in PA with my parents - looking forward to going home tomorrow if weather and timing allow. Today was one of my longest runs in my training program and, although it was super cold, it was so great to get outside and get it done! Tomorrow I'm supposed to run 3 miles, but that'll depend on what the weather is like. Although I guess I could always do Friday's run on Saturday and Saturday's run on Sunday.. so that's worth considering. Anyway...
.1: pre-run cheese stick (I've learned I need to fuel pre-run if I'm doing more than 4 miles.)
1: frankenshake
2: leftover salad with some extra meat and cheese added
3: some sort of chicken/corn chowder
liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 1:29:54 5k training for a total of 4.49 miles, 30 minutes yoga (intermediate stretches for runners), 60 minutes bodypump class
