It's Been Forever....
Since I last posted. Boy, life has gotten busy busy busy. I wanted to take a little time to post a short update. I will say as far as the sleeve goes it has been smooth sailing. I've learned my own personal do's and dont's. I've made my share of mistakes since surgery, but have learned from each of them. Learning and knowing your limits I think is the biggest thing with this surgery. I do not feel deprived, and yes I occasionally have something that could be forbidden to others. The psych said it best and I have lived by those words. There really is no such thing as a "forbidden" food, but rather exercising self control and at least sticking to your surgeon's plan at least 85% of the time while having what most consider forbidden foods 15% of the time in moderation. I have experienced stalls, yes they do happen but for the most part I'm still losing at a real good pace. Now Let's see the numbers...
