Happy Saturday everyone! I finally broke 200 today! I'm pretty darn excited although I am waiting to see if the number still starts with a 1 for the next couple of days. Recently my weight tends to fluctuate within a 1.5 lb range. The numbers on the scale are slowing down but still moving in the right direction. I have no doubts whatsoever that if I keep doing what I am doing that I will eventually get to my goal.

B: Protein Shake

L: 1/2 c TJ's Shepherds Pie and .5 oz green beans

D: Cheeseburger Soup and 1 oz peas

S: Protein Shake

W&V: On Track

E: Walked 4 miles today. I slowed down my pace some and that seemed to help with my knee pain.

Next???

I am home.  Thank goodness.

There was quite a pile of clothes when I got home!  New panties, new shorts to wear under my skirts, new leg sleeves, a running shrug, a tank top, and a long sleeve running shirt.  Super exciting!  Everything fit too, even the "fitted" smalls from under armour.  I'm boggled.  How am I wearing a small shirt when I'm still 180+ pounds?  The only size left is x-small!  What happens when I get to 150?  Who thought this would be a problem I'd ever have?

1: frankenshake
2: fajita nachos, chips, salsa
3: vegan stuff at S's party

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 15 minutes yoga (morning stretches for back pain)

Fajita Nachos sounds yummy. Glad that you were able to make it home; I hope your time there is nice and relaxing before you head back to your parent's house. The size thing keeps messing with my head too. I still think I need to be in the plus size section and yet I seem to be fitting in "regular" section clothes. I don't understand how that is possible at 200 lbs. I know that I was shopping at Lane Bryant when I weighed significantly less than what I do now. It just doesn't make a lot of sense to me.

Congrats on everything fitting though. That must have been an amazing feeling. Strut your stuff in those size smalls :)

I'm glad to be home too!  I'm heading back on Monday afternoon since next week is a light week for appointments for my dad.  It'll be nice to only be there M-Th since the following week will be another full week for us.

Sizes are so weird.  I'm wearing 12-16 in jeans right now, and XS-XL in shirts.  How is that even possible?  Thankfully Under Armour (my preferred running gear vendor) has kid's sizes.. so that'll be an option if I get too small I suppose :P

Thank you! I was pretty surprised to see 199 today. It has been over 10 years since I was below 200.
