Horizon NJ Health

Does anybody have any information on doctors that accept Horizon NJ Health?  My daughter has this plan and is considering the sleeve.

I have Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of NJ and I had my surgery done at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, PA. Dr. Richard Boorse and Dr. T. Daniel Harrison. Everything was covered. The insurance required a 3 month supervised program.

Thank you, they are a little far for us but if we don't find somebody closer it is an option.

The easiest thing to do is to call the customer service number on the back of the insurance card, they can help you find a doctor who is in network. You can usually find it online as well.

Thanks, she did that already but the person was not really helpful she will try again and hope to talk to a different rep on Monday.

If the person isn't helpful, the magic words are "I'd like to speak to a manager, please." ;) Hope she has better luck Monday. :)
