Not getting your water in is a problem.
Click on the magnifying glass in the upper right bar and type in "stalls." You might also discover that your weight loss pattern is more of a stair step than a declining linear.
What are you eating? Are you measuring your portions? Are you tracking what you eat using an app like My Fitness Pal? It would be easier if we have a few more details about what your post op life is like.

I am tracking, but have a hard time getting accurate amounts, its usually smaller amounts of meat I have problems with as I dont have a scale. I have had a real issue with nausea that they have been treating, and it is improvingsome, but I still struggle to get in my protien also , average 40-50. So I realize im not hitting dietary goals, but im sure im getting 800 calories or less, per MFP. im thinking this may just be my "pattern." Have a fu appt next month, will discuss with dietician.
You can get a kitchen scale super cheap from Amazon - you can't really know what you're eating if you're not measuring. Our eyes are very bad scales!

It's a vicious cycle because dehydration causes nausea and then you don't feel like drinking, which makes the problem even worse.
Until you are getting at least 64-80 oz. of water in per day you are not going to lose optimum weight. Just not gonna happen regardless of the calories you take in per day. And you need to up that protein too because you want to be losing fat rather than muscle. But without enough protein your body will break down muscle rather than go to your fat stores.
Drink up and get that protein in however you can!
Maybe once you get past the nausea problem & are able to reach your dietary goals your weight loss pattern might change? Definitely discuss with your dr at your next visit. Maybe you're a stair step loser?
I know I am, so far my pattern has been lose a little, stay there for a bit, gain, then lose a bit more, then stay there again., although some of the gain has been my monthly flow.
