April 2, 2015 is my vsg!
I finally have a date and I am very excited. I will start the pre-op diet tomorrow. I have been mentally preparing for a while now and I am ready for tomorrow. I am glad I don't have time to worry and over thing prior to my pre-op diet. The sleeve is my preferred surgery, I did compare it to the RNY and thought It might be a better option, but I still kept feeling the vsg was best for me. I am comfortable with the date and the surgery option, please keep me in your thoughts and prayers.

VERY BEST OF LUCK to you. 4/2 is actually my very first appt with my surgeon. I have been on couple of forums for a few weeks, reading everyones stories and experiences. Although everyone's experience is different I have learned a lot from everyone. I too have been preparing myself mentally even though I don't know how long I'll have to wait after my first appt. Depends on the process he has in place prior to surgery I guess.
