I try not to weigh myself too often and only change my ticker when its official at the doctors but today is the exception. This morning I am at 298!!! I can only remember one time in the past decade at least, that this has happened. And I can say with confidence, NEVER AGAIN!

I have a long way to go but I've come along way in a short time. Love my sleeve! ♥♥♥
