Black Friday Boots finally fit!

I bought wide calf boots on black Friday for myself for Christmas and was disappointed that I could not zip them by a little more than an inch at the top, but I figured they'd fit by Christmas. They didn't. I tried again unsuccessfully a few weeks later and again on Valentine's day. Then I put them up in my closet figuring they wouldn't fit till next year.
Yesterday my mother asked if I've tried on the boots because she thought my legs looked much smaller. I said no figuring there was no way since my weight loss had slowed. This morning I tried them again and they ZIPPED! Unfortunately they are a tad too tight and I had a slight muffin top which got worse when my legs swelled from the constraint.
However it still COUNTS!
That's great! In a month or so, I'm sure they'll be even better.
