It is sunny here in Chicago, but back to being cold... oh well. What's on the menu today?

e - 45 minutes of randomness in the gym - treadmill, lifting, yoga. I wasn't feeling it, but ended up being there for 45 mins so coolio. I might go out for a nice walk this afternoon w/ my pup if I can escape the office at a reasonable hour.

Having a hungry day but just checked my lose-it app and realized I didn't eat something i had logged in so I'm not so bad off as i had thought! yeah!

Sorry for the late response. Eggface's Blog has a bunch of recipes for various egg bites. They are great for breakfast or quick and easy snacks. She has suggestions for just about every flavor craving.
My goal today is to not snack. Being with my dad is hard since he shoves food into his mouth all freaking day.
