Back to basics is the best route.

- log your food

- protein first- at least 64 gms a day.  More is recommended if you can tolerate it.

- low carb.  Stay away from processed white carbs.  Stick with vegetables and fruits which will not spike your sugar.  (Low glycemic index)

- You will find your sleeve still works if you use it correctly.

- don't forget to drink, drink, drink- at least 64 oz of fluids- more is suggested if you can do it.  Remember not to drink with meals and at least not for 1/2 hour after you eat.  I usually can drink almost up to the time I eat, but not after.  Some people leave a 1/2 hour of fifteen minutes before.

I usually don't worry about fat when I eat like this because it is not an issue.

Once you detox from the carbs it will be easier- (2-3 days.)

Good luck- it all starts with one moment, one step.
